Description
This training level covers the field of strategic analysis. Participants learn critical thinking techniques, data collection planning for strategic projects, basic and advanced SWOT and TOWS analysis, SLEIPNIR and SOCTA techniques, ToR and data collection. Special emphasis is given to cognitive constraints and creative blocks with the goal of encouraging and developing creativity and critical approach to problem-solving.
Prerequisites
To obtain the maximum benefits from this class, students should be able to understand the course curriculum presented in English, perform basic operations on a personal computer and be familiar with the Microsoft Windows environment.
