Description
The goal of advanced training is to adopt the methodology of problem-solving and creative techniques, enabling attendees to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for practical application of such mechanisms during criminal-intelligence analysis. Techniques such as structured brainstorming, morphological analysis, hidden revenue analysis, probability and utility trees, advanced utility analysis, competitive hypothesis analysis, quadrant analysis, scenario analysis, and alternative futures are processed using combined divergent and convergent thinking methods.
Prerequisites
To obtain the maximum benefits from this class, students should be able to understand the course curriculum presented in English, perform basic operations on a personal computer and be familiar with the Microsoft Windows environment. Also, to previously attend data science course.
