We are proud to announce that we have once again demonstrated our expertise and excellence in the field of digital forensics by winning the international public tender of the European Commission’s Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). As the leader of a consortium that includes Ventex from Rijeka and TMD Travel from Zagreb, we have secured a four-year contract worth 7 million euros, funded by the Union Anti-Fraud Programme (UAFP).

With this contract, as in previous years, we will organize educational training in the field of digital forensics and analytics for European police investigators, as well as experts from around the world. The training will cover a wide range of topics, including digital investigations on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, mobile device forensics, network forensics, internet forensics, drone forensics, as well as the analysis of encrypted data and financial fraud prevention.

We plan to start the training sessions in November this year, with around 120 participants per session. Our responsibility includes complete organization—from equipping classrooms to providing accommodation and transportation for participants, as well as conducting the training sessions.

“This is our third contract of this type. We first secured one in 2013, followed by another in 2018,” says our director, Goran Oparnica. “We are extremely proud to have won this highly demanding tender for the third time, signing a new four-year contract worth 7 million euros to train European investigators in digital forensics and criminal operational analytics.”

In the previous two contracts, approximately two thousand investigators from 50 countries participated in the training.

“The training is primarily conducted by our employees, INsig2 experts from Croatia, but for specific areas, we engage specialists from around the world. Our commitment to excellence and the continuous improvement of investigators’ skills has been recognized and appreciated, which allows us to keep growing,” added Oparnica.

This contract further strengthens our position as a global leader in digital forensics and investigator training, enabling us to participate in the most complex projects worldwide.
