Marko Milicevic is engaged in the UNODC Action against Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling, focusing on combating trafficking in persons, smuggling of migrants, and related crimes in the South Eastern Europe region. Marko’s primary career focus is on criminal justice at the national, regional, and global levels. Before joining UNODC, he held several positions within the Prosecution Service of Serbia and served as a focal point for numerous projects implemented at domestic, regional, and international levels aimed at effectively combating transnational organized crime within the framework of criminal justice processes.

Basil Manoussos
Basil is the manager of The Cyber Academy at Edinburgh Napier University and an Expert Witness (Strathclyde Forensics Ltd) in Scotland. He has over 15 years of experience as a SME and he has worked in numerous court cases in the UK and abroad.
Basil has focused in the analysis of criminal evidence provided by police investigators and works closely with defense lawyers. He has developed the Cybersecurity Certification for the Law Society of Scotland, he is a non-solicitor member of the Privacy Law Subcommittee and the Technology Law and Practice at the same organization. He has been invited to contribute to INTERPOL’s Projects Leader/Sirius and he has served as a visiting lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, UCLy, West Lothian College, as well as a regular speaker to several universities around the UK.

Petar completed his masters degree at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb, majoring in Information and Communication Traffic. At the end of his studies, he started working at INsig2 as a consultant in the digital forensics department where he is primarily responsible for educating clients in the field of digital forensics, forensic investigations and consultation with clients. During 3 years of work at the INsig2 company, he held over 30 trainings in several countries and obtained several certificates such as MCFE, CCO, CCPA, CMFF, ACE and ACI. His field of interest is forensics of computers, mobile phones, unmanned aerial vehicles and cars.

Mario Grubišić, born and raised in Makarska, completed his law degree at the University of Split and completed his legal internship at the Municipal Court in Makarska. After successfully passing the bar exam, he began working as an advisor at the Municipal State Attorney’s Office in Makarska in 2006, where he worked until the end of 2009. He was then appointed as the Deputy Municipal State Attorney in Zagreb, where he handled criminal cases covering various areas of crime, including cybercrime.
Since 2015, he has served as the Deputy Director of the Office for Fighting Corruption and Organized Crime and has been actively involved in the European Judicial Cybercrime Network (EJCN) at EUROJUST since the end of 2016, serving as the contact point for the Republic of Croatia. He is proficient in English and has knowledge of German and Italian.

Ivan Glavić, graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 2001 and defended his doctoral dissertation in 2011. He later became a research associate focusing on law, criminology, and victimology. In his career, he worked in state attorney’s offices in Zagreb, holding various positions, including leading the department for economic crime. He participated in international projects, such as leading the Croatian delegation to the Committee of the Convention on Cybercrime, and actively contributed to the development of programs and training for cybercrime combat leaders. He has also been a lecturer and leader at various conferences, seminars, and workshops on cybercrime.

Marija Boban, PhD., is full professor of Information and Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Law, University of Split, the director and founder of the consulting firm TechFuturo Innovation, specializing in business consulting in the digital age since 2017, and the head of the Department of Economic, Financial, and Information Sciences and Statistics, as well as the head of the Department of Information Sciences and Statistics at the Faculty of Law, University of Split, where she has been employed since 2000.
As an expert in information security, personal data protection, crisis communication, data management, right to access information, systematic national security, and computer forensics, she teaches courses such as Intellectual Property and Information Security, Communications and Communication Skills, Computer Crime, Legal Informatics, Statistics and Methodology of Social Research, National Security Systems, and Electronic Business at the Faculty of Law in Split and the Department of Forensic Sciences at the University of Split. She is also an external collaborator with the University of Applied Sciences “Nikola Tesla” in Gospić, the University of Applied Sciences “Marko Marulić” in Knin, and the Faculty of Law, University of Mostar.
Marija Boban, PhD., is the author and co-author of 7 textbooks and 140 scientific and professional papers cited in internationally recognized citation databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. She has participated as a lecturer in over 130 international and domestic scientific and professional conferences, presenting papers published in conference proceedings and relevant scientific and professional journals. She has received numerous awards and recognitions and has established herself as an expert in information security, personal data protection, crisis communication, crisis management, artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, e-Health, e-Government, and computer forensics through her many years of scientific and professional work.
